Privacy Policy and Terms of Online Classroom Conduct
Welcome to Mudarrisuna Global Teaching. We are committed to fostering a secure, highly professional, and inclusive digital educational ecosystem. This document outlines our data privacy practices and sets forth the mandatory codes of conduct for all instructors and students participating in our global online classrooms.
SECTION 1: ONLINE CLASSROOM CODES OF CONDUCT
To maintain international quality benchmarks and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment for young learners worldwide, all Instructors and Students must strictly adhere to the following regulations:
1. Professional Presentation and Attire
- For Female Muslim Instructors: It is mandatory to wear a neat, compliant hijab/jilbab that covers the awrah properly, alongside professional or smart-casual attire while teaching on camera.
- General Standards: All instructors must maintain a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance appropriate for an international student audience.
2. Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Hate Speech Policy
- Mudarrisuna upholds a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward any form of racism, hate speech, or discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or social background.
- The use of offensive language, derogatory remarks, or inappropriate visuals is strictly prohibited within live interactive sessions as well as in self-paced course materials.
3. Digital Classroom Etiquette
- Punctuality: Instructors are required to enter the live interactive classroom at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to verify technical configurations and interface stability.
- Environment: Lessons must be conducted from a quiet, well-lit room free from background noise and domestic distractions. The visible background must remain professional and entirely appropriate for young learners.
- Pedagogical Tone: Instructors must maintain a supportive, encouraging, and child-friendly tone. Shouting, harsh reprimands, or negative reinforcement directed at children aged 3–12 are strictly prohibited.
4. Child Protection and Digital Safety
- To safeguard the privacy of young learners, instructors are strictly forbidden from requesting or sharing personal contact information (e.g., private phone numbers, personal social media handles) with students outside the platform without explicit written authorization from the parents and the administration.
- All digital interactions are monitored to verify compliance with global child safety standards.

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to facilitate automated spam detection.

Upon administrative approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes visible to the public within the context of your comment.
3. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading files embedded with location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location parameters from images hosted on the site.
4. Cookies
- Comment Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are designed for your convenience so that you do not have to repopulate your details when leaving subsequent comments. These cookies remain valid for 1 year.
- Session Cookies: If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded automatically when you close your browser.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

7. How Long We Retain Your Data
- Comments Retention: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This enables our system to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a manual moderation queue.
- User Profiles: For users or instructors who register on our website, we store the personal information provided within their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Website administrators also possess the credentials to view and modify that data for technical support purposes.
8. What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you hold an active account on this site or have left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include data we are legally obliged to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
9. Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments are routinely cross-checked through an automated spam detection service.
SECTION 3: INSTRUCTOR TERMINATION POLICY
Mudarrisuna Global Teaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate an instructor’s account, contract, or access to the platform to maintain the safety of young learners and uphold institutional standards.
1. Grounds for Immediate Termination
An instructor’s contract or platform privileges will be permanently revoked immediately, without prior warning or financial compensation for pending cycles, upon any of the following material breaches:
- Child Safety Violations: Any unauthorized collection or solicitation of students’ personal data, private contact sharing, or unapproved private offline contact with minors.
- Gross Misconduct: Verified instances of hate speech, discrimination, severe profanity, or hostile behavior (shouting or verbal abuse) directed toward children or parents.
- Violations of Modesty & Presentation: Repeated willful refusal to comply with the platform’s professional attire mandate, including the required hijab/jilbab policy for female Muslim instructors during live streaming or course recording.
- Intellectual Property Theft: Uploading plagiarized materials or pirated curricula not owned by the instructor or Mudarrisuna.
2. Performance-Based or Administrative Termination
Termination may also occur following a formal administrative review under these circumstances:
- Unexcused Absence: Missing two (2) or more scheduled live interactive sessions without providing at least 24 hours of advance administrative notice, except in documented medical emergencies.
- Persistent Negative Feedback: Consistently receiving suboptimal performance marks or unresolved parent grievances regarding teaching quality over a 30-day monitoring period.
- Technical Compliance Failure: Continuous failure to provide a stable internet connection, adequate lighting, or a quiet, professional teaching environment despite receiving administrative notifications.
SECTION 4: PARENT-TEACHER DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROTOCOL
To handle disagreements transparently, efficiently, and amicably, Mudarrisuna implements a mandatory three-tiered escalation framework for all parent-teacher disputes. [1]
[Tier 1: Direct Resolution] ➔ [Tier 2: Administrative Mediation] ➔ [Tier 3: Executive Arbitration]
Tier 1: Informal Classroom Level Resolution
- Initial Step: Parents are highly encouraged to first direct minor academic or logistical concerns directly to the respective instructor via the internal secure platform portal. [1]
- Instructor Timeline: Instructors must acknowledge and constructively respond to parental concerns within forty-eight (48) operational hours. Both parties must maintain a professional and supportive tone throughout.
Tier 2: Formal Administrative Mediation
- Escalation Trigger: If an agreement or clear resolution cannot be achieved at the classroom level within five (5) business days, either the parent or the instructor may lodge a formal complaint with the Mudarrisuna Support Team.
- The Mediation Process: A neutral member of our Academic Quality Team will review the logged incident report, cross-examine archived live classroom video files, and facilitate a structured mediation session. A written formal resolution summary will be provided to both parties. [1, 2]
Tier 3: Final Executive Arbitration
- Ultimate Resort: In highly complex situations where administrative mediation fails to satisfy both parties, the matter will be escalated to our Executive Board for final assessment.
- Binding Outcome: The executive decision rendered by Mudarrisuna Management—which may include student re-assignment, partial or full class credits, or platform usage restrictions—is considered final and legally binding on both participating entities within the platform ecosystem.
